He is having enriched experience in the field of UPSC preparation. It is said that in UPSC teaching field a teacher’s personal experience with the exam matters the most so that he can guide his student to achieve their dream post with minimum hurdle.
During his preparatory years he had constantly secured the highest marks in Sociology optional and this was one among the many reasons, he choose to teach sociology and guide other civil services aspirants to realize their dream through sociology optional.
Secondly, realising that a few teachers are good only at teaching Sociology paper I, others are good at paper II. So there was a gap and deficiency which other students also might be well aware of. So here Ritesh sir’s main objective is to fill this void in the larger interest of students.
