He is having enriched experience in the field of UPSC preparation. It is said that in UPSC teaching field a teacher’s personal experience with the exam matters the most so that he can guide his student to achieve their dream post with minimum hurdle.
During his preparatory years he had constantly secured the highest marks in Sociology optional and this was one among the many reasons, he choose to teach sociology and guide other civil services aspirants to realize their dream through sociology optional.
Secondly, realising that a few teachers are good only at teaching Sociology paper I, others are good at paper II. So there was a gap and deficiency which other students also might be well aware of. So here Ritesh sir’s main objective is to fill this void in the larger interest of students.
Another reason is his passion for teaching. His teaching aptitude is Simple, Applied, Easy and Exam Focused.
His teaching pedagogy is well known for personalized and professional dedication and responsibility. In his classes, he constantly makes efforts to make theories and concepts, easy and comprehensive through examples and applications.
He keep motivating students to ask doubt if any and pays equal attention on each and every student, realizing that every student is unique in their social, psychological and physical construct. Ritesh sir is passionate about the success of his students and leaves no stone unturned for their success from his side.
Sociology is a very interesting optional. It gives a unique perspective to see society and Ritesh sir has a very long background in sociology. He has done great research for the purpose of teaching sociology optional. He has a very vast, highly enriched and unique repository of contents to offer to his students. Also the quality of questions in test series was very good and it was very helpful for me to secure this 10th rank in CSE.
Ritesh sir is an excellent teacher when you look from the quality of content he provides to his student. My quality of answers really improved because I followed his lectures and discussions religiously. Ritesh sir gave me new perspective and insight to evaluate the things from sociological perspectives. Also sir provided me personal mentoring and guided me really well. I was in constant touch with him throughout my preparation. I would really thank Ritesh sir for mentoring me personally.
